great location but some minor flaws

The hotel is perfectly situated in the city center, allowing easy access to all major attractions. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room throughout my stay, as it set a great tone. Even with the bustling crowd from the nearby Christmas market, the soundproofing was effective in keeping the noise out, making it a restful experience. The breakfast spread had a nice variety of options. I found the fresh food quite enjoyable.

However, I did find the check-in process lacking in personal touch, seeming quite automated.

absolutley shocked by the utter lack of service—automatic check-in is not the luxury I expected. And after a 3-night stay, no towel rack? I woudl ve been happy with a room upgrade at least. Breakfast was dismal, not at all special as claimed. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
